When we decided to renovate we contacted three builders to give us a quote. We had not used local builders in the past so we were going purely on face value. Price and quality of work were obviously important but one of our priorities was how important we felt our business was to the builder. Friends had told us their major frustrations from builders had been a lack of good communication and attendance on site, once the builder had been given the work. Next Gen Building Solutions ticked all the boxes. Their price was competitive but more importantly the communication and quality of work exceeded all our expectations.
