Every Next Gen project, large or small, uses the same proven process to ensure absolute perfection.

Initial consultation
First, Ash will carry out an initial consultation with you to discuss your individual needs and desires, budgets and work up some early design concepts. Once you’re comfortable to move onto the next stage, we’ll sign a preliminary agreement for the project.

Plans and pricing
If you don’t already have your own plans, Ash will work with you to develop concept plans/sketches with an architect/designer best suited to your needs. Our preferred engineers and surveyor will also be engaged for preliminary design works. Once this information has been collated, we’ll provide you with a detailed estimate for the construction of your project.

Building approvals
Next Gen will manage the entire approval process (if necessary) with local government and private certifiers, to ensure a smooth transition between plans and approval.

Contracts
Once all building approvals have been received and pricing is confirmed, a building contract will be signed and works can commence.

Construction
As construction commences you will meet more members of our team, each committed to making the journey towards completion of your home an enjoyable and rewarding one. We’ll stay in regular contact, keeping you apprised of the progress of your project.

Completion & handover
Finally the big day arrives: handover! Once the project has been signed off, it’s all yours to enjoy!
